If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask for a 24-hour advance notice. If you are unable to give this advanced notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service. For your health, our health, and the health of all our clients, we ask that you do not receive any service when ill. If you become ill within 24 hours of your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee.
Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or text. Existing clients can book online. Persons under the age of 18 will require signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present in the room during any service for persons under the age of 15.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a brief check-in with your therapist and a prompt start to your service. All appointments end at their scheduled time so arriving past your appointment time will interfere with your service.
Once your appointment begins, it is your time. You have the right to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, to engage in conversation or rest in silence, to stop the service at any time, and to decline any therapeutic method used. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes in your health or medical treatment.
We have the right to refuse service. Sexual misconduct or requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated and reported to authorities. Any illicit or sexually suggestive jokes, remarks, or actions will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and full charge of the scheduled service.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit card, check, cash, or Venmo. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations received with less than 24 hour notice. Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be refunded.
